Waring the penis master pro for 3 to 4 hours daily with work schedule, stretching for 30 sec in all directions before strapping in ,Waring the bath mate for 15 min 3 times a week. I’m also Waring the ab silicone anti turtle sleeve most of the day at work. Then hanging 19 oz of weight for 6 hours on the weekend . I’ve been doing PE for about 2 1/2 years . Use the bath mate for about a year for 15 to 20 mins a day. Now slowed down to 15 mins three times a week and when I get home from work I strap on the penis master pro for 3 to 4 hours a day sometimes more. Starting stats 6 1/4 BPEL now 7 1/16 BPEL 6 inches girth. I’ve been hanging low weight on the weekend 6 hours doing chores around the house at 14 oz. I wondering if this is a good slow routine, stuck on 7 1/16 BPEL or should I need to do something different to my routine. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated thanks guys.
