Yeah I’ve read all the stickies

Here is my routine for the last ~6 weeks (2 days on, 1 day off)

1 minute helicopter spin things
1 minute stretch in 4 directions
Started at like 5 mins jelqs and add 1 more minute every week (I’m on 8 minutes)

One problem I have is I get boners REALLY easy, like insanly easy, which I guess when it comes to sex and stuff is good, but when it comes to PE stuff sucks. So I have to jack off before I do my exercises every time. Anyone else do this?

First month I gained 3/16 length and 1/4 girth

When should I start getting more advanced or adding more exercises or should I just keep going like I’m going untill I stop making gains?

Jacking off before is fine; your penis will eventually get used to the exercises and will learn not to get erect instantly.

Stick with the newbie routine until you stop making gains. Ideally stick with it for 3 months at least; that gives your penis time to ‘toughen up’ which it will need to do for other exercises without getting injured. It also helps you really learn how your penis responds to exercise.

Start using a warm up too.

Good first month gains. Keep it up ;) .


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Thanks man. Ok ill keep it up for atleast 3 months. Do you suggest maybe upping my stretchin time?

Also ill start doing warm towell raps pre “workout”

Yeah I’m pretty happy with my gains so far, although they are prolly just newb gains so can’t expect this time of gains forever :(

Just gradually increase it like you are doing with the jelqs. The standard Newbie routine is a guideline; it’s generally a bit much for most newbs, so it’s important to go by ‘feel’ and to monitor your PI’s. If all your PI’s are really good, it’s OK to try gently upping the intensity.

It’s always worth remembering that PE is about penis health as well as penis size, and routines should reflect that too.

Start using warm up wrap.

Maybe add some keggels in your off time.

Do noobie stuff for 3-4 months, increase routine SLOWLY…very slowly.

Thanks man. Ok I think Ill start doing like 1 minute each directions stretch before and after jelqs?

What do you think about stretching like 2 times a day? Like once beofore jelqs and once some other time?

I can’t find that glossary thing, what are PIs again?

You can stretch twice a day when you’ll find once a day is not giving you gains - let’s say 3 months of consistent newbie routine. About PI:

Ok I was expecting that kinda response, thanks. It’s just when you start getting these great gains you want to go all out ya know? (But that will probably lead to overtraining)

Damn I’m a dumb ass. Read my beginning measurements wrong..

Only gained 1/8 inch leangth 1/16 girth in my first 6 weeks!! FUUCK!!

Should I keep on this program stil?? Damn that pisses me off.oh well, the frist 2 weeks I wastn as serious. I’m gonna do another measurement in a couple days, well see

PE is a marathon, not a sprint. That is still a decent gain rate. Try not to measure more than once a month.

Yeah man, I completely understand. I’m really into working out and ppl are always looking for anything to “get huge fast” and you just can’t do that. PE is the same way.

Am I a the only one that don’t measure? I only do the routine and if I can se and feel the gain then it is a gain. :)

Nothing negative to people that do measure I’m just sayin what I do.. I got a theory that many get caught up with that measure and if it don’t show it might affect you bad physiologically and that can maby be a negative thing. Just belive and do your thing :)

I don’t know? Maby a vet got anything to say about this?
