New here - just started the newbie routine

Hey guys, just happened to come across this site yesterday (forget where), and as a male, it appealed to me the moment I saw others had got results LOL.
I just read a few things yesterday and today, mainly how to do everything, the jelqing and stretching and warnings on PE.

Few quick questions, I did it in the shower and used the warmth from the water as the ‘hot wrap’ and some shower gel as lube for jelqing, is this incorrect?
I took all measurements, so I can measure again after maybe 2 or 3 months, should I expect any change in this period? And how long can/should I do this newbie routine until moving up to different things?

Just trying to be realistic here on what is possible as this subject is new to me my mind is a bit blown it’s even possible!

Hey Strokes and welcome to this wonderful forum! I’m pretty new to this too but think I can give you a few pointers regarding your questions.

Many people do their workout in the shower and I think it can be quite effective as you are under constant heat. Warming up could take a bit longer comparing to the hot washcloth though. As for using shower gel as lubricant I would be a little careful. It could cause irritation in your urethra and leave the skin dried out. I use vaseline and find it working quite well.

As fore measurements, make sure you find a consistent way of doing this. It will help you track your progress way better if you can do it the same way every time. I like to stand straight with my back against a wall, knees and feet together and only neck bending. Get the highest erection possible (at ponr) and press the ruler (preferably a wooden one) against your pubic bone at a 45 degree angle centered on your shaft. The penis should be parallell to the floor.

You should keep doing the newbie routine until the gains stop. Don’t fix anything that isn’t broken! You could expect gains in two or three months but don’t count on it. Better EQ is definite though, otherwise you are doing something wrong and should fix that!

Well I usually wash with this stuff and haven’t got any issues but if I notice anything I’ll be sure to change it up.

Ah I see, I just used a flexible tape measure and put it against the bottom of the shaft.. Will have to re-do this measurement, good thing it’s only day one!

I’m not expecting anything to be honest, I’m quite a skeptical person, I suppose if nothing happens after say 6 months, I haven’t lost anything except a few extra minutes in the shower!
How would I track better EQ? I’m 19 and I don’t have any problems with erections (except while drunk. Lol).

I don’t actually have a solid ruler so I’ll have to get my hands on one.
