Hey everybody I’m new. I have to say before today I hadn’t heard much about on of these exercises or terminology. After reading all of the terms and a little about the exercises I decided to join.

I started off today just searching about what I can do to reduce the fat pouch on my pelvis and ran across posts about Kegels which I had heard of before. I ran across something called “front reverse Kegles” and I have been trying to figure out how to do them. That lead me to this site and eventually learning about enlargement techniques such as jelqs.

Needless to say I am interested in all techniques.

I am not “too small” but I’m not big. I have a problem where my penis sucks up inside of me. It is embarrassing that I can’t just whip it out like other guys can. I know allot of guys are “growers” like me but the difference just seems to be so extreme for me.

I’ve always been afraid of the public ridicule and things that were mentioned in the one motivational post, which helped allot. Trying to see as few of my friends penises I can I really havent seen many. The ones I have seen were most likley guys wanting to show off. Id like to walk up to a urinal with a sense of pride rather than holding my shirt down over myself so no one sees anything. Its always very discouraging when I can help but see the guy next to me reach down to beyond where I would and see that he shakes the other half up Invading my vision with what could only be described as a club. I always think “WTF does EVERYBODY HAVE A HUGE DICK but ME?”

I don’t have a measurement at the moment I’ve always been afraid to measure.

Here are the some of the questions that I have to start:

1) How do you do front reverse Kegels to make you last?
2) what is a good routine for exercises for a beginner? Time? Pressure?
3) how have some of you kept yourself from being discouraged?
4) do any creams or pills work? If so is it just temporary?
5) I’m a grower. I mean Really, it’s like it’s a shy turtle meets the average hulk. What can I do to “hang out”?

I hope you don’t mind if I post this in other areas as it encompasses many topics

1) There are Kegel’s and reverse Kegel’s, now ‘front’ is a new kind? I don’t know. The best exercise to do is just regular Kegel’s. They aren’t designed to cut the fat pad though, that will require so physical training.

2) Search in FAQ for the newbie routine. If you can’t find ask again here. There are videos and detailed instructions about the exercises.

3) Of course. There are several members who had no gains despite training consistently for long time. Neither you can reasonably expect hyperboli gains, the average rate is about half inch per year or so (in length).

4) No pills will work, with this caveat: if your erection quality is low, some chems or maybe even herbs can boost your erection and give temporarily ‘gains’; but it’s not that you gained anything, you are using better what you already had, if it’s clear what I mean,

5) Flaccid size seems to increase more than erect size. If you gain 1” in erect length, you probably have gained 1,5” in flaccid length.

1. Kegel’s build/tighten your muscle that helps you stop peeing or cumming next time you take a piss try and stop, when you stop its a muscle that has stopped the flow so when you work this muscle it gets tighter so when you feel like your gonna cum , just flex it and you will stop.

2. Click the like in my signature. For pressure don’t go hard this is how you will hurt yourself.

3. To stop being discouraged you have to realize it takes time to gain it ain’t gonna happen over night. Everyone’s different. you wont gain 2 inches in 6 months. You cant think of jelqing as a fast thing you will do for 6 months gain then stop think of it as a lifestyle, cause it will take time to cement your gains.

4. No pill or creams work you can take things like Horny goat weed or Ginseng which help blood flow to the penis, and increase your libido. This said they will take about4-6 weeks to start working, but will not make you grow by themselves you still gotta workout.

You can’t ‘spot reduce’ your fat pad, you have to reduce over all body fat. Unfortunately the fat pad is usually the last thing to go, but it will reduce as you reduce body fat. Any abs exercise will help to tone the muscles under it, and tighten it up.

It’s common to struggle to hold a kegel to start with. It’s a muscle you are contracting, and it will get stronger with use.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I am trying to isolate my pelvic muscle but some times both contract.


Don’t worry cause you’ll , after doing them a lot , separate the muscle groups .

Took me a while , but I did get to where I can make my penis jerk .

It is a goal to have more control .
