New here and got a few questions
Hello thunder’s place! Glad I found this place! Just started a P.E routine 7 days ago, things are going well. I seem to have jelqing and manual stretching down pat(I think). I’m doing 30-40 jelqs and 50-80 kegels and a 20 sec manual stretch in each direction (up,down,right,left). Dose anyone have any good tips or advice for a P.E newb? Any modification to the routine maybe? Any help would be appreciated.
Also I have a couple questions to ask.
Dose daily masturbation affect P.E at all? If anyone has any threads or websites I could look at please post.
Dose daily or frequent sex affect P.E?
Do these things I just mentioned in any amount affect P.E?
I know it’s possible to injure yourself from doing P.E the wrong way, what are some common injuries that some people have had?
