New Heating Method

Some time ago I started working on some new ways of how to warm up (primarily for jelqing), since the towel and the rice sock seem to be kind of limiting. The point is, since liquid adapts to each surface you put it in, it is much better to take things in that direction, so here’s what I did..

You take a narrow plastic bag or any kind of plastic wrap that you can fill up with water. Then, simply fill it up with water, put your semi erect penis in it, make a tourniquet grip with the bag at the base of the penis, so that minimum water can escape while you’re doing this. Then you turn the bag upside down so your penis is fully submerged in the water. I do this in the shower since you get a bit wet doing this method, but it offers MUCH better warm up and from what I saw, you can really feel the tissue expanding better while jelqing and the exercises feel better when you do the warming up like this!

I do something similar, except I use a cup. Shower warmups rock!

I tried something like this earlier today except instead of using a flimsy bag I used a zip-lock bag which I felt was really effective I did it 4 hours ago and my penis is still pinkish-red on top of my head while with a small portion of the bottom still blueish green. Just as a little side note I have discoloration and am uncut.

I sit in a very hot shallow bath for 5-10min before and after. It is a lot easier than messing with towels, bags etc. Not good if balls are very sensitive to heat though.

Not so new tbone, anyway thanks for sharing. This is my favourite method. I ude a solid platic cup, fill it with warm water and sit on a bidet (while the entire bidet is filled with warm water too, so the warm comes from below to relax the body).

Ditto.. I do my warm ups in the shower as well.. Much easier

Hot tub warmups and stretches! I’ve even clamped in the hot tub.

I didn’t know many people used this kind of warm up, but yeah, I agree with you all that it is much more effective. I haven’t tried clamping yet and will wait with it until I condition my penis some more, but I reckon with this method it should be quite effective.

12. Don’t overheat your testicles (your balls)

“Your testicles need to be 94-to-96 degrees or about 2 degrees cooler than your body temperature to function at it’s best and produce the most testosterone so…

If you’re wearing tight underwear, tight pants, take long HOT baths or do anything thing else to overheat your testicles… You may inhibit your testosterone production so it’s best to wear looser clothes like boxers to prevent overheating your balls.”

@Kjdeet: I have considered that being a possible complication of this method, I’m glad you asked the question though as I’d like to hear what the others have to say. Yes, it is true that the testicles have to be at a lower temperature than body temperature,however, I do not think that heating up this way will dramatically overheat them. Sure they are exposed to more heat than usual, but it’s only 5 minutes in and minutes out of workout, which can be leveled pretty quickly, I reckon.

There have been also these contraception theories where people used to take long ( like 20 mins) baths in hot water in order to slow down their sperms and make it impossible to conceive. However, as much as it actually does decrease their movement and production, the testicles and sperms get back to their normal state approx an hour later.

To sum it all up, I don’t think it’s dangerous, the heating doesn’t last that long, but I still cool off my testicles with a bit of cold water after the warm up, just to be completely safe.

Okay I was just worried that it would have permanent effects. I do my routines under warm shower so the balls get warm too.

This has worried my a little. You know, it’s best to stick to hotcloth and not wrap balls so much; just to be safe.

The thing I don’t like about the method the OP mentioned or the plastic bottle or glass, cup, etc. is that you can’t get any heat on your ligs that way. I use a bottle for now, but plan on switching to either a rice sock or just a towel. The bad thing about the towel is that it leaks too much hot water on my balls and they’re pretty sensitive (I also have varicocele).

I don’t think this would be such a big issue, I mean, how would people generally go to hot tubs or Jacuzzis if it was that dangerous. I dunno, I don’t think the tissue is THAT sensitive,however,as I said, cool down you testicles with a bit of water after the warm up if you’re worried.

@Viksenpai: Yeah I know it doesn’t heat up your ligs as well as other methods, but I did say that this is primarily for jelqing, since I don’t do any stretching.

What is this method? Do you really think this is more simpler then the sack of rice? How will you hold the back and put your dick in it? Do you think the bag will be light! And you need to check the bag if its broken or not, And if it fell off on your chair, then find a way to explain it to your partner :) Sack of rice is the simplest and easiest way. You need a way which is not messy. And you method is 100% messy. A bad of water well I don’t need it really, near my carpet and my electrics cables :)
