I am a new guy and after reading A LOT of the posts and replys, also seeing the marked improvements (in pics)
I am definitly gonna give this a try!! But I have a question, can I get improvements by stretching alone?/ Or do I have to do other things as well? I’m looking for a basic routine that can be done probably once a night and twice on weekends. I’m new to PE alltogether so I don’t have the resources to do any hanging so the routine should be comprised of stretching and PC. I am only looking to gain an inch (hopefully) and possibly a quarter of an inch in girth.
I am not too impressed with my size and haven’t been for some time I really hope that this is what I’m looking for.
