I am a new guy and after reading A LOT of the posts and replys, also seeing the marked improvements (in pics)

I am definitly gonna give this a try!! But I have a question, can I get improvements by stretching alone?/ Or do I have to do other things as well? I’m looking for a basic routine that can be done probably once a night and twice on weekends. I’m new to PE alltogether so I don’t have the resources to do any hanging so the routine should be comprised of stretching and PC. I am only looking to gain an inch (hopefully) and possibly a quarter of an inch in girth.

I am not too impressed with my size and haven’t been for some time I really hope that this is what I’m looking for.

Welcome to Thunder’s Place T-Rav. Stretching alone will help some, but a combination of stretching and jelqing is better. Once a day is good and I know several guys who don’t take days off. Your goal is one that many find attainable (one inch length, a quarter inch in girth), but stretching by itself probably won’t get you there. If you haven’t read the first post in the Newbie Forum then you should go there now. It explains a lot of this stuff and offers a starting routine that doesn’t take a lot of time. Manual methods are enough to reach your stated goals. Hanging and pumping are adjuncts and not at all necessary for most guys.

Yes, the Newbie Routine works very well. Just figured I’d answer that question before you felt inclined to ask it. Welcome to the Forum. Glad to have you here. Lots of good info. Make good use of it. Good to see you reading and learning. Use the newbie routine for a while. It’s a good one.
