I just did my second session. I still had trouble not getting hard but it seemed a little better today. I did the same routine as yesterday less one set of stretches. Hoping to put some starting pics up when I get enough posts. Later.

No I have not, but I thank you for asking. For the past few months I have committed myself to a basic maintenance program so I don’t lose any of my current gains. I still stand at about 8.5BP and the decision to do maintenance only… is a result of setting other priorities in my life at this time however I have not lost sight of my goals and will resume in the near future. In the meantime, I take pleasure in participating in the forum and I trust that you will too in addition to finding all the assistance and help that you need here.

Thanks supersize, I think this forum is great and hope to help maintain that, no pun intended. I’m looking forward to my initial gains. From what I’ve read and based on my size, with any luck I’ll put on .5 bp within a couple months. And if I keep with it who knows where it will go. And then I hit your stage, maintenance, and be on the other side so to speak.

I wish you luck in your routine and congrats on what you’ve done so far. I really dig your signature quote (could not fail, what would you do), that’s great advice that we need to remember from time to time.
