Hello Guys
I’m new around here.
I’m probably going to start PE with the Newbie routine soon when I have more free time (in 1-2 months time). So I would like to ask you guys a few questions and kind of clear my thoughts. After some searching in this forum I decided that for me I would want to gain both 0.6 inches(1.5 cm) in girth and length . I believe it is a possible goal. I’m also gonna start on kegels soon because I can do them more easily(you don’t have to specially prepare for them). I’m willing with spending some time on PE but not too much. I mean I would be okay with spending around 30 minutes a day (that’s not counting kegels) maybe a bit more, but not an hour or more a day. I’m willing to spend some years on it too I know that it’s not going to work fast. So my questions are following
Do you guys think I can get to my goals without clamping and pumping and things like this? Do you guys think that I can get to my goals with this much time spent? If I eventually get to my goals what should I do to keep them for a lifetime? Also I put more importance on girth than length? Should I do some extra exercises? Is jelqing a good exercise for girth and what are other good girth exercises?
