Hello Guys
I’m new around here.
I’m probably going to start PE with the Newbie routine soon when I have more free time (in 1-2 months time). So I would like to ask you guys a few questions and kind of clear my thoughts. After some searching in this forum I decided that for me I would want to gain both 0.6 inches(1.5 cm) in girth and length . I believe it is a possible goal. I’m also gonna start on kegels soon because I can do them more easily(you don’t have to specially prepare for them). I’m willing with spending some time on PE but not too much. I mean I would be okay with spending around 30 minutes a day (that’s not counting kegels) maybe a bit more, but not an hour or more a day. I’m willing to spend some years on it too I know that it’s not going to work fast. So my questions are following
Do you guys think I can get to my goals without clamping and pumping and things like this? Do you guys think that I can get to my goals with this much time spent? If I eventually get to my goals what should I do to keep them for a lifetime? Also I put more importance on girth than length? Should I do some extra exercises? Is jelqing a good exercise for girth and what are other good girth exercises?

As a beginner you should do jelqing and stretching first initial months. Yeah you can reach your goals without clamping and pumping. But for more effective PE after your initial months(when you condition your unit),you can consider those. Otherwise it’s fine.
Well path in PE is quite long. You can check the guys having a good progress record have worked for years. Just check out.
Well I think the gains through PE are permanent .But to keep your cock healthy you can PE as long as you want.

Jelqing is good for girth and length gains. But if you are more interested in girth, clamping will be good.

Welcome to TP and happy gaining.

Regarding your goals I think that you definitely should be able to reach them.

The question if you do reach it just by jelqing and stretching is basically just a matter of time.

My effective answer is that 0.6” in length and girth are objectives which should both be well within reach using purely manual techniques. In that sense, the Newbie Routine is a good preparation for developibg the manual abilities.

Just have a look at the Linear Newbie Routine which I recommend as interseting alternative.

What’s the difference between that and the Normal Newbiee routine? From what I’ve seen it’s the same for beginers?

Well 0.6” are more than reachable. Some people see those gains just from the Newbie routine. But the first three months you should just focus on the Newbie routine to avoid injuries until your unit is properly conditioned. I have used only manuals. And have seen great gains. I’m currently going for 9 inches and still only using manuals. I wont stop at 9 either. So you can go to where you want. And don’t need any devices.
