I’m new to this forum and excited to start these PE exercises. I just had a couple questions before I start and was wondering if you guys could help a newbie out..?
I read the exercises I have to do but am scared that I might be doing them wrong - is there any pictures or vids showing how you do them?
Do you do more than 1 exercise a day, or do you do all the different exercise on different days? (For example, do manual stretching on monday, jelqing on Tuesday, etc…)
Can you get gains during the beginner exercises, like the manual stretch and jelqing? -or does is start with the weights?
