New guy to PE
What’s up everyone, this is my first time posting on this forum and I just started PE last night. I have been reading and researching for a couple days now on this site and I am still learning new things everyday. I have started off with the Newbie Routine and I am going to continue to use it until I understand some more about PE and its different techniques. I might look into hanging after a couple of months of jelqing and stretching, but first I have to see how this routine works out for me :)
My current measurements are: BPEL: 6” BEG: 5”
