New Guy - Need Instructions

Hey guys, getting ready to start PE. I have been looking around the site but do not see an instruction section on how to do this correctly. I need a beginner routine and advice.

Having it in large print at the top of the Newbie Forum main page just doesn’t seem to be enough. :rolleyes:

How about making every new registration go through a boot camp routine?
Meaning they have to read, take tests, learn the basics of PE and so on before they can post?
Considering the board is already being taxed by the number of members it only makes sense.

That is the cheat sheet on newbie links. Stick with that for a bit and you will, sadly, know stuff that some of the long timers do not.

The bigger that link is, the less people read it, guaranteed. It’s an interesting psychological phenomena, but we all do it. Maybe advertising has desensitised us to big flashing boxes and the like? :-k
