Welcome my brother,

There is more than enough information on this site to gain some knowledge and some dick man. You have to want it though, and things will not be put in front of you, and this process is not easy. Just be sure to be devoted and in for the long haul when you decide to start PE. That isn’t to say that the Thunder brothers are not helpful, that is just me telling you that to be successful in this field you need to REALLY want it.

Good luck bro

Hey Joe!

Welcome to Thunders.

Pick one of the beginners routines and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. .

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Don’t forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to

Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely

Thanks for the replies.

Not sure

Getting excited about trying PE but so many injury reports. I see the results from pics which are great and get me excited. Maybe some advice?

Read, ask questions and be gentle.

Read and follow the recommendations, this way you will be decreasing greatly the chances to get injuried.

Most tend to register or report only when got injuried, this may explain why there is so many injury threads.
