Hi guys. First of all like to thank you all the people that share their opinions in here. I am new here and find that site very interesting and day by day I learn so many great ideas. I had buy an extender some years ago called andropenis and tried then but for some reasons I quit it (pain,uncomfortable,not much time e.t.c.).I found this site and thought of starting it again. I start the linear newbie routine (like to thank you J123) and the the extender for 4 hrs per day. I started at 8/5/2015.I have not measured my dick dimension according with this site but I knew that I was 14,5 cm long and 8 cm girth. I will learn more about the measurement and surely will post here with some photos of my progress. I bought and some pills that tells that helps growing named size gain plus.Don’t know if I use them except the fact that these pills helps. I want a healthy penis and don’t want to do anything that can cause me problems and think this site can make my dick stronger and healthier. So any advice of the old ones here will be very grate full.

Welcome greekmale. Pills don’t work so don’t spend money on them.

I think you started good with the linear routine. It is the first routine gave me results, amazing EQ and fast improvement.

Measure your penis the same way everytime you do it. The best way to do it is to put ruler on top and push hard against the bone, this is the BP measurement.

It’s really important because it gives you information about what routine works the best for you in the right moment.

NBP: same as BP but without pushing ruler against the fat.

BPFSL can be useful too. Flaccid, grip right behind the head and stretch your penis out with ruler on top against the fat.

Welcome…linear newbie routine for the first 3 months..After that, pick your poison…Fuck all the pills…Wasted money. Trust me. If you want something to help better blood circulation you can try l arginine about 2 grams a day with empty stomach. Only side effects is minor stomach and bowel discomfort but not for all people. Keep in mind:Excessive stretching will fuck your erection quality for 2-3 days. Do 3-4 days a week and rest. Rest is VERY important.

Don’t put pressure on the dorsal nerve on the upper side of your penis, it’s that big vein.Never jelq fully erect. 50% for length, 60%-80% for girth. Any kind of injury should not cause you panic. What you should do is stop completely for a week to 10 days. Morning and night woods are good. Loss of morning and night wood are bad. In that case you have overtrained. Stop until you see again good quality morning woods.Stop completely pe for a week every 6 weeks just to allow you penis to rest and grow more. Remember it’s better to undertrain than overtrain. First think you will notice is harder erections and longer flaccid.

I am saying this for you to know that if you keep seeing that , it means you are in agood way. Erection gains will come probably in about 3-6 months depending on the person. Consistancy is everything. Good luck and whatever you need we are here for you. The site and the people here are amazing.

Thanks allot guys. Bill especially for giving some instructions of PE. What is your opinion of doing same time the routine with the extender I bought I don’t want my money to be wasted since I bought it some years ago and I want to use it again? Thank you firstly

I have no experience with extenders. You can learn a lot from many threads and posts here about the proper use of extenders.Look for it.I can only say that if you use the extender do not stretch, as it can be a little too much.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
