New guy here
Hi,
I joined recently and I’m very much interested in this site. I don’t know where to start though. Can anyone here direct me? I’m a beginner and I don’t know if I should be doing JAI stretches or V-stretches or some other exercise. I don’t want to cause injury to my penis if I accidentally start with a too advanced exercise. Is there a beginners manual or something like that on here?
