Hi,

I joined recently and I’m very much interested in this site. I don’t know where to start though. Can anyone here direct me? I’m a beginner and I don’t know if I should be doing JAI stretches or V-stretches or some other exercise. I don’t want to cause injury to my penis if I accidentally start with a too advanced exercise. Is there a beginners manual or something like that on here?

Do the newbie routine as Dangler has recommended. Be patient and committed. Don’t be getting the ruler out every other day, either. This works!

Newbie Routine. or try the Linear Newbie — works very well for some people. Since you are cautious (like me) then I would really recommend Linear Newbie. : NEW newbie + advanced routine

Do check out that page ~Dangler linked to. Lots of good info for newbies.
