Hey there Thunder place members. I just registered today, but jelqing has fascinated me for a couple of months now. So I wanted to get some advice.

I measured myself recently, and I’m about 5’5 inches. And I would like to increase my size to about 6 maybe 6’5 Inches. But I can’t do the exercises everyday because of my work and having to share the house with other people. But I don’t think it matters too much if I don’t do exercises everyday. I think I could manage two or three times a week. Would that enough to achieve my ideal size?

It could be. But it is important not to rush it - you wont get gains faster if you do more on your PE days, compensating like this could lead you to injury. Try to do some stealth PE, multiple short sessions throughout the day.

For instance, piss pulls. Every time you go to the bathroom to take a piss, do a minute of stretching.

Don’t worry, I wasn’t planning on rushing anything. I’m going to take start out slowly and carefully to see how things go. And Ill try doing some penis stretching whenever I go to the bathroom.

Also does it matter what kind of lubricant I use when I do the jelqing exercises?

As long as it’s not soap, it’s a matter of personal preference. Soap will damage your skin.

Experiment and see what works best for you.

Lube is good. Some household suggestions: Olive oil, corn oil, soybean oil, canola oil, margarine or butter substitute, butter, shortening(I use Crisco and no it doesn’t fry my chicken), hand cream/skin lotion, personal lubricant like KY.
I haven’t tried shaving cream but it too may work.

I jelq every time I piss at work. Probably because I’m hooked on it. After my wife goes to sleep I jelq in bed before I zonk out. (Stealth PE’er)

Jelqing three times is a bad week for me. Jelqing twice is a very bad one! Four times is good. Five times is great.

I have never consistantly tried Jelqing 2 or 3 times per week. I guess not many have.


Start: 28/04/12 EL: 6.0 (NPB) EG: 5.7/16ths (Midshaft). Next measuring: 28/07/12

Goal/Be Really Pleased With: EL: 7.8. EG: 7.0.

Well today I did some piss pulls like suggested, but should I do them in one direction, or different directions each time?

The newbie routine suggests SU, SD, SO and side to side if I’m not mistaken. I would mix them up.
