Hello everyone.
Pre-apologize for my poor English.

About me

I’m 18, healthy, do sports and in few months join for 4 years the army (Special Forces).
I Don’t have a lot of experience in sex,I did it once with a girl that older then me in few years , since I have trauma because she said that my dick is very small and she had the worst sex ever. I was exposed to this site and I gave myself a word that I will do my dick bigger.

My measurements are:
Length:15 CM
GIRTH:12-13 CM
I have good erections all the time, I do not smoke, do not drink do all the time physical activity.

Before I opened this topic, I read several days of exercises and how to make them.

My Routine:
Warm Up - 5 min hot shower
Jelq 200 strokes
After week 300,and the goal is 600 jelqs 5 times in week.
Very simple and easy PE routine.

I have time between now and March month ,Total 6 and a half months and I will start the PE tomorrow with my jelq routine.

About the army
I will come home once every 14-21 days for all four years of service for three days,Then I be Released at 22 I back for normal PE.

Is it effective to do three-four (day after day) P.E sessions in month until I released from the army at age 22?I think it’s better than nothing, the total four years is a long time even if I do three - four PE sessions in month?

Honestly, I do not think you will see much gain from this routine. You will probably get better erections though which may not be needed in your case today. If you could stretch more frequently and then keep the penis extended with an Ace bandage or ADS device, you might be able to make some gains.

Do what you can though. You might do just fine on the routine you have and be happy with the results. As with anything, it’s better to do something rather than nothing .

Hey CamelJoe, your penis is in the average - you don’t have a small penis. I don’t know why that woman said that lie to you, but it is not true, plain and simply.

About your routine, even if you are in the army, why can’t you do a bit everyday? Manual stretching and dry jelqing wouldn’t require more than 15-30 minutes daily; you could even break the exercises in mutliple mini-sessions daily, say 15 jelqs and 2 minutes stretching 3-5 times every day.

I tried dry jelq one week and I felt unpleasant feeling in the glans and I saw spots on penis day after the jelq.

Question about “Warm Down”
Does it really matter? I read here on the forum there are many who don’t do it and settle for only warm up.

If you felt an unpleasant feeling it is because you were using too much force, probably.

Warm up is considered more important than warm down. There are guys who don’t do warm up either, due to time restraints; neverthless, they have gains. If you have times issues, you can avoid warm up and warm down (although not ideal), be more careful with exercises in this case, start gently and raise slowly the force while you progress.

Does masturbation / sex hurt penis growth?
I am only 18 and I have a crazy erections during the day.
I do not masturbate few hours before and after session,But during the day I will.
It would hurt to the growth?

No, it will not hurt the growth. Otherwise, I had a micropenis. :D

Some even masturbate before a stretching session, because it is easier to perform stretchign without being horny.
