New guy here,some newbie questions
Pre-apologize for my poor English.
I’m 18, healthy, do sports and in few months join for 4 years the army (Special Forces).
I Don’t have a lot of experience in sex,I did it once with a girl that older then me in few years , since I have trauma because she said that my dick is very small and she had the worst sex ever. I was exposed to this site and I gave myself a word that I will do my dick bigger.
My measurements are:
I have good erections all the time, I do not smoke, do not drink do all the time physical activity.
Before I opened this topic, I read several days of exercises and how to make them.
Warm Up - 5 min hot shower
Jelq 200 strokes
After week 300,and the goal is 600 jelqs 5 times in week.
Very simple and easy PE routine.
I have time between now and March month ,Total 6 and a half months and I will start the PE tomorrow with my jelq routine.
About the army
I will come home once every 14-21 days for all four years of service for three days,Then I be Released at 22 I back for normal PE.
Is it effective to do three-four (day after day) P.E sessions in month until I released from the army at age 22?I think it’s better than nothing, the total four years is a long time even if I do three - four PE sessions in month?
