New guy here, need clarification on a few things

I’m brand new to this site but have been doing PE for a couple weeks now, and already had a huge improvement to my erection quality. I still need to learn the acronyms and measure properly, so forgive me. But, I am about 5 inches long, however, I am overweight so I have a thick fat pad that hides a lot of that length. Before you say it, yes, I currently am on a strict diet and exercise regimen as I have decided about a month ago that I wanted to improve myself and be the best I could be. This is why I started PE. Anyway, I had just a few questions for you guys:

What kind of exercises or jelq grips would you recommend as I find the regular ok grip 2 handed jelq to be very difficult for me. The general rule of thumb for jelqing is to avoid pressure on the top and focus on the sides, correct? And finally, what exercises would make my erection angle more upward? Thanks!

With diet it’s also good to workout look for a basic workout on you-tube you can do at home . That will help with fat loss.

If you really want to have a healthy ,strong body and get amazing performance then try looking into calisthenics. Start out with basics then you can get into advance stuff . Calisthenics is a great way to get a smoking hot body and get healthy without a gym membership or any equipment.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

An overhand grip (palm facing down) allows you to start the jelqing stroke closer to your pubic bone and deeper in the fat-pad.

In my opinion, the erection angle is genetic, it depends on the penis root and pelvic floor muscles which you can strengthen by performing Kegel exercises in reasonable rep quantities of course.

If you care more about the angle of your erection than gaining more length, I would go easy on the downward stretches as they target the ligaments more. Not omitting them out entirely, but just going easy on them.
