NEW GUY advice
I am new to this whole PE thing. I will give you some brief background info in case it helps. I am currently about 6.75”x5”. I am in a loving relationship and my girl loves sexy time (never fail to make her orgasm). I know I’m not small by any means, and I also know I’m not “huge”. I just would feel more confident with a bit more size, mainly girth. Confidence is everything, I don’t think adding girth is really going to make it that much better for her but I do think the confidence I gain by being thicker would help me be a better lover. I have read over this site for years now and finally decided to join. I seem to come across a lot of “newbie” routines and they can be quite different. If any one has any advice on how I should set up my routine id really appreciate it. Based on what I have read I came up with my own that I’ve been doing for about a week. I do the following:
1)warm up with warm rag for about 5 minutes
2)stretch up, down, left, right, and straight out for one set of 30 seconds each
3)Jelq with fairly soft (maybe 40-50% erect) for 10-15 minutes
I have been doing this nearly everyday. I just was wondering what kind of frequency I should use 3x/wk, 4x/wk, 2 on 1 off, etc?
Again I’m mainly concerned with gaining a bit of girth, would be happy with just a 1/4 inch as I mentioned its mainly just for my confidence( and the lady has a rather small vagina that already feels pretty tight)
After I get a solid routine that I can feel confident about I plan to be very consistent with it and track my progress on here.
I may be already on the right track because after the second day of my own routine I went to get some loving and I got very erect (as if I hadn’t had any in years) an it also felt a bit longer, I also noticed the next day I was hanging a little thicker and longer in flaccid state than usual.
