I have searched some and haven’t had much luck..

I am new to PE and I have been doing it a little more than a month

EDIT: My goals: I would really like some more girth but length would be nice too.. So I am looking to gain both.. But maybe a little more girth than length :)

Here’s my workout:
Dry Jelq & Stretching

2 days on 1 day off

5minute warm wrap
2:30minute 10-20%hard stretch
2:30minute 60-80%hard stretch
10:00minute dry jelq
2:30 cool down stretch
5minute warm wrap..

I have just recently started getting the little blood spotting..
I have also done some resistance stretching on the penis for 30minutes, 2days on 1 off.same as dry jelq

Looking for a new newbie workout.any ideas?

People do not recommend that you stretch while erect. Also that is a ton of stretching if your looking for girth gains! I only stretch for 10 min before my jelqing and that has netted me damn near 1/2” in length, but this could also be from an increase in EQ.

I agree, I don’t think you will be doing your glans any good by stretching at that level of erection. Surely your cock is too stiff to feel the stretching sensation? What gave you the idea of 60 - 80% stretches?


Stats, pre PE: BPEL 6.1" MSEG 4.5"

Ultimate Goal: BPEL 7.6" MSEG 6"

I had thought I saw in the newbie workout I was doing that you should do that stretch.. Or maybe I just miss-read it.. I am 6.5” in length but I’m not sure how to measure girth.. But I did the toilet paper roll test and ts not as wide as that hole

Some people do stretch when erect but these people are advanced P.Eers and so their penis are more conditioned to that level of stress.
As a newbie you should play it safe. Stretching while limp is the best thing to do as you stretch more and it is safer (less injury prone).

P.S: Remember start slow but always keep on the safe side of things as your goal is to have a penis that is big and usable.

Yeah, I am new to PE and trust me I know I need to play it safe..

I am big into weight lifting and understand when starting something new you want to be safe
And learn the right way to do things so you don’t hurt yourself or have negative effects.

Good stuff, with that mentality, I believe you’ll be able to P.E without any injuries.

The stretches were the reason for the blood spotting. so all the advice here is good.
