I have searched some and haven’t had much luck..
I am new to PE and I have been doing it a little more than a month
EDIT: My goals: I would really like some more girth but length would be nice too.. So I am looking to gain both.. But maybe a little more girth than length :)
Here’s my workout:
Dry Jelq & Stretching
2 days on 1 day off
5minute warm wrap
2:30minute 10-20%hard stretch
2:30minute 60-80%hard stretch
10:00minute dry jelq
2:30 cool down stretch
5minute warm wrap..
I have just recently started getting the little blood spotting..
I have also done some resistance stretching on the penis for 30minutes, 2days on 1 off.same as dry jelq
Looking for a new newbie workout.any ideas?
