Hello I have lately done on exercise where i jelq one time and squeeze behind the head and grab my other hand around the base very hard. I hold for 5 seconds then i jelq slow towards the head again without loosing the grip. Then i repeat
I feel my head gets allot more blood then from regular jelqing.

Is this a new exercise ? I don`t understand everything in the manual for exercises so maybe it`s there…

Do you mean you hold your grip with the hand that is just behind the head? If so, I have tried this and I feel like you get a better ‘pump’ of blood in your shaft, which would lead me to believe this would be good for girth. Anybody feel the same or differ on the matter?

Hmm i jelq one time, then stop behind the head and squeeze. I grab the base of the shaft with my other hand and squeeze, creating allot of blood in the shaft between squeezing points. i Hold for a while and jelq to the glands, pushing the massive blood amount in my shaft to the glands. Repeat.

I’m bad at explaining in English so I hope that`s more understandable

Yeah I do them sometimes in the shower.

I call them stretch jelqs but I hold for a lot longer then 5 seconds.


Current Stats: 6.9BPEL/6.4NBPEL 5.5MEG.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

It feels like more is happening than when you are just plain old jelqing, but I would think this would be for advanced PEers only? There is a massive amount of pressure on the shaft when doing this.

Be careful, they’re not really for newbeis :)

At this point in the game, it’s unlikely anyone is going to come up with any ‘new’ exercises whatsoever.

Hey, 300! I’m a senior member 7:^)

I’ve done these too. Really feels like it gives great engorgement in the shaft and I of course thought it’d be great for girth and wanted to keep doing more and more of them in my routine. But then I thought about the fact I’m still a newbie and decided the extra pressure you get from doing these is probably too much this early in the game and decided to stop, or just do 1 or 2 per routine at the end. It’s hard to lay off them because I’m really going for girth, but like they say, it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
