I’ve done these too. Really feels like it gives great engorgement in the shaft and I of course thought it’d be great for girth and wanted to keep doing more and more of them in my routine. But then I thought about the fact I’m still a newbie and decided the extra pressure you get from doing these is probably too much this early in the game and decided to stop, or just do 1 or 2 per routine at the end. It’s hard to lay off them because I’m really going for girth, but like they say, it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
