Well like I said I’m trying to lay off of them, I’ve only been PE’ing for a month and a half, so I figure only a month and a half more to go and then maybe I’ll start getting into these. But I was holding for about 3-5 seconds, and I do one of these at the end sometimes and hold for that amount of time. But like I said, if you’re a newbie like me, I’d try to lay off of these, they exert a lot of pressure and that can’t be too good on an unconditioned penis.

Hmm okay. I just wanted to do another exercise since i find jelqing extremely boring and just can`t to do them.
Don’t really know why, I am dedicated.

If it’s boring, try watching something entertaining on tv? LOL, Thats what I do. Which is sometimes hard because about all I watch is sports, and I feel weird jelqing while watching sports LOL. Good luck!
