New enquiry for the advanced strething methods
So this is an enquiry for those who have tried either hanging or extenders. Mainly hangers.
I have been asking good hanging gainers lately and it seems that the best gainers I have asked so far tried hanging as first PE experience. I always thought if you got time and privacy hanging is great. And my intuition say that trying hanging after years of manual or extender fustration, will not be so effective as your tissues will be already used to longitudinal stretch force, so you will not “shock” them as if oyu had done it from the beginning. It is true you will have got nice newbie gains using just your hands, what would those gains have been greater if you had tried hanging at first? What do you guys think? same enquiry could be applied to extenders. Let’s see if we can talk about it.
