Hey I’m new and did my first routine. I am on the chubby side. I have a BPEL of 6.0. I really want to work on getting around 8.5 and I really need to work on my flaccid length. What kind of stuff can I do to improve my flaccid. It looks real small like near 1.5 when flaccid. I want some better hangtime. Thanks guys! So far the routine worked great and made it feel awesome! I have been reading for a while and alot of you gave me some high hopes!

It sounds like you have jumped the first heardle, having a positive attitude.

I think that following the newbie routine for a while, you will see a change in your flaccid hang. One thing that I do on a regular basis is fowfer. As you are going to bed each night, tuck your dick and nuts between your legs and go to sleep. If it needs to come out for any reason (piss hard or what ever) it will. I also think that a lot of manual stretching will help with your flaccid hang in the beginning. There is proof on there that this stuff works and all you have to do it be patient and dedicated.

I started like a week ago, done the routine about 6 times in total, and you will find your cock feels allot more plump, possibly a little tender on the first day. You should also notice from day one an improve in flaccid length. No shit, first I measured flaccid length (non of this bone pressed stuff) it was 3 inches.

Now it’s a constant 4 already. This stuff is great!

Yeah. Also I’m working up to 200 jelqs it started to hurt a bit after 100.so I’m gonna work up to 200.slight modifying :) . Also.how do you do a kegel?
