Hello everyone!,

Well this is my first thread at Thunders, Let me start off by saying this is a Great site, So much Inspiration!
I never really thought PE worked, I have tried Pumping in the past, With no solid routines though.
From looking through this site , I now have hope with the right Direction , know how and Discipline, That I will be able to Achieve what I have long been trying to Accomplish.

Let me start By giving my Stats.(As of 12/09/2006)

EG-5.00
NBPEL-7.00

My Goal-

NBPEL-8.00
EG-6.250

I am 22, So I hope I am still young enough to get those Young Men type Gains, Sure , I hear from some that this Really is not a huge factor in better gains, But I hear a lot that say the young ones have good solid Quick gains for the most part.

Bird2” I would love your opinion on this.
On A lot of other things as well in the future.
So far , you are totally my inspiration, Not only from the gains you have made , but your commitment and knowledge in this PE journey, Any Beginner advise And/or Criticism would be greatly appreciated!
Now before you have to drill this one in my head, I will absolutely start with the Newbie program and follow that no less than 3 months, SEE, Already starting out right, HA!
Tug_monkey” I Can So relate to who you are has a person, I too suffer from many mental Problems and all sorts of Insecurities.
It makes me feel I have a chance when their are people like you who keep fighting Depression and other mental Illness.
As I am sure you know, That kinda of life is no fun at all!
Tug’s story was great, I see am not alone in this dark world.

I will post pics as soon as I can, I will keep a photo log and written log through this journey, Hopefully I can be a great inspiration to many in the future.
One thing , I already Don’t have the best erections, This is from stress and SSRI use. I hear PE will Actually help with erections, But is that done through Kegels only?
If so , I hear that Causes Premature Ejaculation, Which I suffer from .
So from my current view of things it is kinda of a catch 22, Maybe some can relate and help me out with this.
Mainly, Before I get started , I am first and foremost concerned with safety. I don’t want a broken dick, and Have heard numerous accounts of people from other sites that say this PE caused Penis damage and performance issues, sometimes Permanent!
Yike’s, I don’t want that!
Can someone please re assure me that this will not happen not the proper approach?

There Will be more to my ongoing story, For now I will keep it simple and short(not my dick though!)
Any comments or Questions Are welcome.

This is generally true but remember that everyone is different. This is definitely not a guarantee.

Thanks for the kind words :up: . You already followed my first advice (start with the newbie routine). Other advice I can give you is to be consistent, determent and keep committed to your goal. 8x6.25” is your dream cock, it is reachable, just take the time frame that is required.

Follow the instructions, read thoroughly before you start an exercise and read from experiences from other guys. This will be an tremendous help and this will be your re assurement.

I have not even started any routine as of yet, I am going to make sure I learn enough about what the hell I am doing.

I should also mention I have tried other methods of PE in the past , But I just made the stuff up , Never got any info from Websites or anything , I just was a young horny Kid trying to get a bigger Penis, and just Improvised.

I would do stretching, Pumping, Add weights to my pump and let it stretch while pumping(see, improvising , But stupid ,I am sure),
I even created a device to put just under my penis head and and use some shoe string on the device and Pull it straight down and tie it to my leg , fully stretched and would mostly wear this through the day( as much pain as I could tolerate) and when I was sleeping, But this only could be tolerated about 3 hours a time , After wearing say that long at night, I would wake from my sleep and my penis would be cold, And numb.

Man that shit would hurt at the same time.
Numb and Pain, Weird but true.

I only did these UN-approved self-taught PE methods on and off for about 6-8 months, and stopped , Has I did not really see gains( you think cause of over-training?),
I was starting to have Erection Problems, and at times I actually thought I lost size from this Self taught PE.( is that possible?)

Don’t search for my pictures, they don’t exist.

Your goals are realistic on the (very) long term. Any goal is achievable when you invest enough time in PE while staying consistent with it.

Do you Believe in Pumping , and would you recommend I use that along with my Newbie routine, But with Very low intensity pumping?

And How often do you Masturbate Without Ejaculation.

No, I don’t believe you need pumping. I would only pump when every manual exercise wouldn’t work for an extended period. In my opinion, pumping is the last option.

No, I would certainly not advise you to do pumping when you are on the newbie routine. It is called the newbie routine for a reason.

There are guys who have gained from it and I believe them. But at the same time there are guys who have gained from other exercises, like jelqing clamping etc. I would say that pumping could give you gains, if you do it in a well balanced routine but I would keep it as my lat option, I would first try other exercises.

I masturbate with out ejaculation nearly daily. In PE land that is known as edging.

Ejaculating once a week is required to keep the penile health as good as possible. My other orgasms are multi orgasms, do a search on “multi orgasmic” for more information.

I would recommend the basic newbie routine. The modified newbie routines are nice but the basic newbie routine is used most, it already helped thousands of guys at the beginning of their PE journey. Most of them are very satisfied with the results. You could join this group.

Buy the books “Power sleep” by James Maas and “Powerful sleep” by Kacper M Postawski. The guidelines in these books are enough to beat insomnia. A few tips I already can give you is to quit smoking, limit your drinking (quitting would be ideal), exercise regularly, get enough sunlight, don’t eat a big meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep and sleep in a steady schedule.

Ejaculation is different from orgasm. I ejaculate one time a week, when I have 2-3 ejaculating orgasms. At other times I orgasm without ejaculation. The amount of “dry” orgasms varies.

A guy that is multi orgasmic (can achieve multiple orgasms in one session) WITHOUT ejaculation needs at least one ejaculation to keep his penile system healthy. This has nothing to do with PE but everything with becoming multi orgasmic.
