Today I have begun with the newbie routine !

The Newbie Routine
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

With the Kegels I have done myself a little bit hard !
And with jelq I had because of my foreskin some problems!
I hope this lies down with the time and the repetitions(reruns)!
Also I hope to get through whole without bigger breaks(stops) !

Today my second week in the PE starts!

I have not dared yet to check, however, I have the feelings(emotions) he becomes bigger!

Don’t check for any change for at least 2 months. It will take time to notice changes and the more time you give yourself between measuring the more likely you are to really notice the improvement. Good luck

I hate to disagree but regular measurements are the way to log progress and the effectiveness of a routine. Measuring after a routine can help to indicate relative effectiveness. Measuring after a two day break can help to gauge progress. Progress should show fairly quickly, even if it is minor. Waiting two months to measure potentially means wasting two months on an ineffective routine.

Measuring weekly discouraged me the first time I tried PE years ago. I didn’t see gains and quit. Then I started back last year and found the same thing. I pushed myself and caused an injury when I didn’t notice gains right away. I took time off and started the newbie routine and didn’t measure for at least 60 days and could see the progress was .5 in length gains. That has helped keep my routine constant and the gains are still there.

It sounds like initially your expectations were too high.

I had an initial flaccid gain and started measuring right away. When I didn’t see any erect gain and started pushing too hard I wore myself out. I started thinking that I was one that PE wouldn’t work for. I had to take time off and read as much as I could before starting again.

Changed routine

My daily routine has changed a little!

Changed Newbie Routine
5 minutes hot wrap
10 minutes manual stretch (ten 40-second stretches)
25 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes and two hundred whit jelq device )
30 minutes clamping ( 3 times for 7 minutes )
5 minutes hot wrap
100 kegels of five second holds each
