I’m new here and just started the Newbie Routine. I did it yesterday while in the shower. When I got to the jelqing I did 100 with the foreskin pulled back and 100 with the foreskin over the glands. Can I do them this way? I’m trying to avoid the foreskin swelling. I use to have tight foreskin(phimosis), but with continuous stretching it is 85-90% gone. Should I continue with the newbie routine for the first 6 week?

So, do I do it once a day for 2 days then 1 rest day and then again 2 days and so on?

Any help from uncircumcised guys is welcomed

I never worried about foreskin swelling, considering that it has never occurred to me, but everyone is different. In my opinion, I think you should continue with the newbie routine for as long as you see fit, and there’s nothing wrong with the way you are jelqing right now.

I am uncut, I do my jelqs with my foreskin mon-retracted. I have never experienced swelling of any sort, only ever mild capillary bursting at the tip of my foreskin that subsided within a day.

I would say try retracted for a few weeks exclusively and then non-retracted for the same period of time. If neither lead to any disfigurement. Or if you noticed better gains with one over the other, pick the one that is most comfortable and/or gives you better gains.
