New and considering PE

Hi I’ve been looking around this forum and was surprised to see that PE exercises seem to really work.

I already have quite a large penis naturally BPEL 9 (at my hardest) by EG 5.5 and I hang around 6 inches Flaccid and was curious

How large I could actually get if I under go these exercises

I think you should start pumping and get your girth up to 6 inches.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Pumping looks rather unpleasant to me and I was rather not get involved with it . That’s why the exercises were of interest to me alittle more girth would be nice sure. Really I don’t need to be any bigger when I think about it (tempting as is may be ) but a harder heathery penis would be fun so I thing I am doing to give this a try

Oh do these exercises effect the curve or head of the penis at all because I have a rather unique curve that woman like and I would not like it to change . Also the head of my penis is very large already at 6” around so a do the exercises effect the head at all because I would like to keep my mushroom top in proportion to the shaft as well

The curve is a difficult thing to change and unless you are concentrating on correcting a curve, it will probably remain unchanged.

Head size is also a very difficult thing to change. It is likely your shaft size might catch up with it a bit in the girth department.

Of course, if you pump, everything gets larger proportionally. :D

I wouldn’t discount pumping entirely. What I strongly recommend now is using very friendly low pressure pumping that causes no damage, achieves great expansion results and improves the health and erection quality of your penis. My new motto: health first, size next.

Actually I find pumping quite pleasant. I am a relative newbie at it, but it to me is very relaxing and calming. It is the same kind of all over feeling of well being that you get when you have had a really great massage. Additionally I believe it has improved my erection quality, and certainly seems to have increased the number of nocturnal erections I have.

As gprent says, pumping here at thunders is about Penis Health and Enlargement.

Here at Thunder’s, low pressure pumping is recommended for enlargement. None of that wacky extreme pumping here. The goal is gentle enlargement.

Personally though, if I were you I would start with the manual exercises. I would go light as well and build up as needed — I did something similar to this:

It’s not the idea of the actually pumping the bothers me it’s more the whole process it’s involves. Buying and having and using the pump. I don’t live alone so having that kinda thing would be around would be rather troublesome

But do try out that light newbie routine I linked to if you get the chance. Manual exercises only. You might have some success with it.

Thanks I will give this a try. I think even a of a cm or so gain in girth or length would make me look dramatically larger since I’m big to begin with.

Nothing to loose by trying really :D
