I am sorry in advance for this type of thread, I am pretty much sure you guys are fed up of seen these types of threads on the forum, I just need some questions and direct advice to help me.
First off, I have never done PE before, yet hoping to do it after I have completed what I am aiming to do..
I have been on the forums for awhile now, just looking on the newbie forums (not as a signed register, I decided to do that today due to my eager feeling of starting it based upon my research.) I have looked at pumps, pills and all other types of *pay me and get shit fed through your mouth*.. But It just doesn’t seem right, yet this does.
Personally I want length gains, by looking at the FAQ, the jelq is the most effective on this, other than the hanging, which seems pretty “advanced” at my current, noobie state. Looking over all the health precautions and methods before applying techniques to yourself (such as hot wrapping) I have looked over already.
-Biologically, can some people gain more doing PE than others? Is it that some people can only gain 1 inch in 3 years and others 3 inches in 8 months due to the simple rules of biology?
-Is it only a few people who can succeed in gaining using PE? (Dime in a dozen) or is it open to most people for potential gains?
-People with bigger gains, is it purely down to hard-work and the correct routine, or is it just their bodies reacting in otherwise?
And finally, just some help with length gains, a routine advice would be nice. I am so poor with reading and applying tutorials personally.
