Hey,

I am sorry in advance for this type of thread, I am pretty much sure you guys are fed up of seen these types of threads on the forum, I just need some questions and direct advice to help me.

First off, I have never done PE before, yet hoping to do it after I have completed what I am aiming to do..
I have been on the forums for awhile now, just looking on the newbie forums (not as a signed register, I decided to do that today due to my eager feeling of starting it based upon my research.) I have looked at pumps, pills and all other types of *pay me and get shit fed through your mouth*.. But It just doesn’t seem right, yet this does.

Personally I want length gains, by looking at the FAQ, the jelq is the most effective on this, other than the hanging, which seems pretty “advanced” at my current, noobie state. Looking over all the health precautions and methods before applying techniques to yourself (such as hot wrapping) I have looked over already.

Some questions,

-Biologically, can some people gain more doing PE than others? Is it that some people can only gain 1 inch in 3 years and others 3 inches in 8 months due to the simple rules of biology?

-Is it only a few people who can succeed in gaining using PE? (Dime in a dozen) or is it open to most people for potential gains?

-People with bigger gains, is it purely down to hard-work and the correct routine, or is it just their bodies reacting in otherwise?

And finally, just some help with length gains, a routine advice would be nice. I am so poor with reading and applying tutorials personally.

Once again, I am sorry for this post. If it needs deleting and consulting over a PM, I am more than happy.

Newbie Routine, all you need to know right now….stretching helps with length more than jelqing in most cases.

If you’re having trouble keeping form getting super hard then you’re probably under 30, maybe 25.
In which case, give it time— age will cure that problem ;)

- yes, some people gain more than others :0, I never heard of someone gained 3” in 8 months though. Some gain slower, some faster. I think most everyone can gain, how much - I don’t know.

- bigger gains = (usually) combination of hard work, routine and their bodies + good overall health -> good penis health

4. routine advice for a newbie? hmm… newbie routine! ;)

Also.. Do you know if weight loss (say if your a chunky guy) can actually aid to you gaining? I hear it can.. Or is it lies?

Weight loss wouldn’t ACTUALLY help you gain but it would reduce the fatty pad on your pelvic region which would show more of the penis that’s already there.

Last favour, None of the tutorial videos work for me, it just comes up with a quicktime “?” or just doesn’t load, if someone could direct me to an external video or a download version where I can play it on my own software.

I find stretching to be very effective, I have used only stretching (no jelqing) for about a month now and only done stretching for a max five mins a day, 2 days on and one day off and have gained 0.74cm in length! It’s very easy to do and takes no time at all, although at first it feels quite weird and awkward.


Start: 09.03.08 BPEL: 14.5cm | Latest: 25.03.08 BPEL: 15.24cm

Short-term Goal: BPEL 16cm | Long-term Goal: BPEL 18cm

This graph, derived from member data here, will give you an idea of how many have gained how much how quickly. As you can see, very few have gained three inches:

See if this thread will give you any clues. If not, post at the end of the thread explaining what exactly is happening when you attempt to download the vids.
