I’ve never made gains on my dick. I’ve been trying this for about 2 years now. PE has not always been consistent, but I’ve also used a penis stretching device that never worked. Are gains in length really possible?

Yes, yes they are very real and possible. I used to believe what you did before I made my gains as I went through a period where I never made gains at the beginning of PE. What routine are you doing? How consistent is “not always been consistent”?

flake, dude the secret to PE is consistency. How consistent have you been? What’s your routine? Is it cold in Kansas? :)

I wouldn’t say consistency is necessarily the most important thing. I’d say that technique and applying what is right for you is.

I’m still doing the newbie routine, and from what I’ve read, consistency is the key to seeing results. Everything else seems to have been debated to death on here, but everyone agrees that this is a major factor in PE. Don’t give up!


Start: Dec 2009 - 5.75 [BPEL] x 5.25 [MSEG] 5.5 [BASE]

Current Goal: - 7.00 NBPEL x 5.75 [MSEG & BASE]

Well the most I have done consistently is about 4 months of 2 days on, 1 day off stretching and jelqing.
I wore the extender pretty much daily for about a year, and nothing. In fact, I think the stretcher did more bad than good. -EQ got worse.
So because I took some time off, I am now doing the newbie routine(but with about half the amount of jelqs- It’s hard to do 200 of those fuckers)

I am not giving up yet, but I am beginning to be very skeptical.

Maybe you’ll want to give hanging a try. Or pumping, if more interested in girth.
