Nerve damage to underside of glans?

Nerve damage to underside of glans?

Hi, I don’t post much but check in with the site regularly. I recently developed a problem after some intense stretching exercises.

Last November I restarted a stretching/jelqing routine and may have damaged the underside of my glans from stretching too hard. There are about 7-8 dark/black pin head sized flat spots below the urethra opening on the underside of the glans. There’s 3-4 on each side. These spots are no where else on the glans. They are not raised up and appear to be within the skin like a bruise. These spots have been there everyday for about two months now. Sometimes they seem to fade a little and other times they are very prominent. These are not the red spots you get sometimes from jelqing which go away after a few days. Symptoms include momentary “twinges” or “pings” of pain in the glans a few times a day. There is absolutely no pain associated while touching or rolling the glans and no burning while urinating, common of STD’s. I asked the wife and she says she’s been faithful, and honestly it doesn’t appear to me to be an STD. Occasionally have minor urine flow problems, but could just be my age.

I haven’t really thought too much about it until recently when I noticed more discomfort in the testicles and an overall “somethings not right” feeling. Also getting more micro “twinges” all over including near the anus. I’m 43, masturbate 3-4 times a week, and have sex 1-2 times a week.

My plan of action is to totally lay off him for a good long while. Basically leave him alone except for morning wood. Anyone ever had something similar to this before? Does it appear to be some kind of nerve damage? Thanks.

Maybe a trip to a doctor might be a good idea?

I agree, none of us are qualified to answer this question properly and if someone claims he is, then he is lying because no doctor would ever make such a claim without thorough physical examination. It’s been there for two months, it’s not something you can obviously identify (or with a high degree of accuracy) and it appears to be getting worse.

Visit a doctor, that’s what they’re for.
