Erection quality, if anything, should increase. Discolouration will fade on it’s own over time.Injuries however can cause permanent problems by creating areas of weakness. Most injuries are probably minor and PE is controlled injury when it’s successful.

Actually effects, which are related to the vision of the dick, do not bother me at all, if they are not something very, very visible and bad looking. I am concerned about the health and factors connected with sex performance. What do you mean by “creating areas of weakness”? How for example you could possibly cause that? What are the indicators for injuries in general? I often masturbate to monitor my EQ and I get my rock hard without any problems, never feel any pain during or after PE session. Is this enough to know that you’re doing it right?
My other question is if it is possible to somehow reduce your EQ without any obvious injury? For example to slowly reduce the ability to maintain a good erection or to reduce frequency or hardness, without noticing it because no serious injury occured?

My goal for PE is to improve my sex life. 6.4 NBPEL x 5.2 MG is okay, but may be I need some boost of confidence. I realized, that 90% of the guys with big dicks I know have great amount of sex, no matter how they look and what other qualities the posses, may be because of the ego boost. Pre PE I was able to have sex even 10 times a day with my girlfriend. She was pretty impressed by that. Now I don’t have everyday fuck and can’t monitor that, but I would love to not lose that at all and be able to theoretically have sex 10 times a day with a dick of size 7.3 NBPEL x 5.5 MG.
