After two and a half months of Newbie´s routine, I´m seeing that my morning erections are weak. This is a sign of negative PI.
However I noticed that during most of the day my flaccid size is bigger. I´ve no pain, or redness, too.
So, is this a negative PI? I honestly say that I´m a bit worried with my morning erection level (regarding to my PE growth, because when I have sex my erection is strong).
- Could it be the force that I apply in stretches and jelq?
I stretche not to hard and not to soft. I feel the ligaments stretche. After using baby powder is much more easier to do.
I jelq with some pressure. Tight, but not two strong, I think. In the middle of jelq, I do some minutes of jelq-squeezes and sometimes (few) some seconds of clamping (with the hand. With an erection of about 80% I make a grip at the base and then gently squeeze, holding for some seconds).
I also increase the time of stretching to about 6 min and 12-15 min of jelquing.
- I also do kegels every day, even in the day off (about 50, 2 sec each). Am I doing too much kegels?
Could the morning weak erection level be a sign that me penis is not growing?
