Negative Effects Of Alcohol

Just wondering if there are any negative effects with alcohol? I am 51 years young, smoke half a pack a day, have a couple drinks after supper, but stay fairly active. Yes smoking is probably the worse of the two, and I will quit again for the third time, but is drinking bad for growth as well? I started about a year ago with PE, starting at 5 3/8 length and 5 in girth. Haven’t measured since I started, but I feel thicker and a little longer. Oh ya, and under a lot of stress as well, and I know that will hinder gains also. Any thoughts?

Moderate consumption of alcohol shouldn’t harm. If it is not moderate, well, PE isn’t your first priority.

No just a couple after supper, depending how the day went, and sometimes none. Hoping to see some gains when hockey starts. More cardio, means more blood flow, I hope.

Alcohol in low doses is actually a pretty powerful vasodilator. I wouldn’t expect drinking a little alcohol to supercharge your gains, but you might notice some benefits to flaccid hang.

I get hammered once a weekend. Helps me stay young and stupid.

Also smoke a pack+ a day. I have gained plenty but I do a lot more than the usual practitioner.
