Hi everyone, I’ve been doing PE for almost 2 years now and I have gained 2 inches in length and 1/2 inch in girth. They are good gains but I started in my opinion below average at 5”x4”.

Anyways, I am looking for a girth routine for a hard girth gainer. I gained the first 1/2 inch within 3 months of PE, so I haven’t gained any girth in 21-22 months.

I tried some girth routines from some members on PE gym with no luck, and every time in ask for a routine I get told to do the same members routine I’ve already tried.

Right now I’m doing a basic routine and been clamping for 2 weeks. My routine is 5 days on 2 off and clamping every other day.


Start 3/2012 - 5" BPEL, 4"EG

Current - 7" BPEL, 4.5" EG

If you gained half an inch in girth in the first 3 months and none since I would suggest that those gains were actually just an increase in EQ and not actual gains. From here clamping is definitely the way to go. Just make sure your technique is correct and you’ve done all the reading on safety and whatnot regarding proper clamping. 5 days on 2 days off sounds fine to me but watch your EQ and just do what is right for you. Clamping is arguably the most powerful girth gaining technique; don’t abuse it and go slow; if you soak up the required knowledge and do the technique properly, you will gain, even if it is slowly.

11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")
