Need to shake things up

Although I am a newbie to Thunders, I have been PEing for about 11 months now. While I have seen gains, I don’t feel that they are anything great. I feel that my gains have stalled and I would like to shake things up a bit and see if I can jump start gains again. My routine has become very boring, and tedious. I am having a very difficult time maintaining enough erection level, even with porn on. I mainly want to gain length now. My girth will do for a few months. I have basically been doing the newbie routine since I started with minor variations along the way.

Any suggestions on which way to go next for length gains would be appreciated. I would like to get another 1/2 to 3/4 inch in the next three to four months. Any ideas on what to do next / spice things up?

Add JAI and inverted v stretches to your routine. Also increasing your regular stretch time would be a good idea. Finally search for amazing isometrics.

Thanks for the reply Bird2. I remember doing inverted v stretches about 4 months ago. I am not sure why I didn’t keep them in my routine. I will try them and the JAI.

I was wondering if anybody thinks adding some type of device would be beneficial. I have never tried any hanging or traction devices, and have contemplated trying some of monkeybars goods. I find the idea of his ADS and Extender intriguing. The thought of getting an all day light stretch without wearing myself out seems appealing.

Anyone have any thoughts about this?

Do the Jai stretches really work? I’m just curious. I do them but to me they seem more like a warm up routine. And Bird how long do you hold your stretches for?

I believe they work but I don’t have any proof because I do them only a week now. I hold them for 2 seconds like advised and do a routine of 4x15.
