Need to make a few changes I think

So lately I have settled into a routine consisting of 2 days of 15 minute manual stretching sessions, followed by a day of clamping (3 x 10 mins), rest day, and then repeat. I do not know exactly why but I have completely lost interest in jelqing. Is there anyone who can help me spruce up my routine. I’m getting a little pissed off that I haven’t been making gains.

I’ve been at it for years and keep jelqing as part of my weekly routine. I’m not sure why people eliminate this exercise from their routine.

I think we all reach a point in our PE journey when we become bored, despondent, or otherwise lacking in motivation.

It is critical at this point to recognise this as human nature, and to just relax a bit and think positively about what we`ve already achieved and do things a little differently, or take a break, or whatever to wait for motivation to begin again in earnest.

I find it useful to reflect on what got me motivated to stretch my dick to the point where it was battered and bruised, while others were watching tv or walking the dog.

It was similar to the place I find myself in while working out or riding the bike for miles or studying for certifications.lacking in procrastination.

I just finished a 30k bike ride on a very cold morning and thoroughly enjoyed the battle against wind, thigh pain and thoughts of not going in the first place.

PE, for me, is something I owe myself. I now it works, and I persist sometimes without measurable results for months because I know that I have got the newbie gains and I have to advance my workouts to continue to gain those valuable 1/16”.

If I had quit this morning I would have quit on myself, and I don`t do that.

If I had not done PE in the first place I wouldn`t have an extra inch of length today.

Was the months of work worth it?

Yes.

Will the next few years of work in PE be worth it?

Yes.

A-Unit I am with you on so many levels man, keep up the hard work. I am not thinking of quitting PE at all, just a little discouraged thats all. Lately the thing that is giving me problems is my difficulty in executing the A stretch. Does anyone have a good method to do this to the best of their ability. Would a golf glove or maybe a surgical glove help? What should I use to push my penis down after I have stretched it?

I encourage an attitude toward PE like you are “brushing your teeth”. Do you consider giving up on brushing your teeth? No, you consider it part of daily hygiene.

Guys burn out on PE when it becomes way too important, and their routines get too complex and time consuming.

Just keep it simple, tried and true, and just knock it out in the morning and get on with your day, and forget it. Check at the end of every week or two and see if you are progressing. IF you aren’t, make sensible systematic changes (keep a journal). Also, make sure your routine improves your EQ. This has two benefits, one, good EQ itself makes PE worthwhile. Second, guys rarely make gains when EQ is poor.

This is why a simple jelquing routine is so good. It is cheap, can be very effective and can improve length, girth and EQ. When you are “breathlessly” watching your dick every minute for signs of growth, you will fry mentally. Do it, then forget it.

With this attitude, you can’t help but eventually succeed.

I have no confidence in jelqing or manual stretching even though it’s obviousl that numerous guys have made gains from these things. I swore I would never get a hanger but I am getting to the point where I am considering it. For some reason I have faith in clamping. I love clamping, it’s such a rush!
