I am already sitting at 6 girth starting, and I am interested only in length. I’m 7x6 and want to get to 8.5x6 or so. Do I need to jelq at all for length, or do I need to mainly focus on stretching?


Starting Stats (10.7.08): 7.0 BPEL x 6.0 EG

Goals by 2010: 8.5 BPEL x 6.25, with a NBP of over 8.

Just do low erection level jelqs. They will flush the tissues through with nutrient rich, oxygenated blood, helping recovery, and also encourage increased elastin production. Jelqing is a synergistic exercise, helping you to get the best out of anything else you do.

Because jelqing requires more recovery time than stretching, and you are only after length, it may be good for you to jelq only on alternate sessions (as long as you do not over-do it, and are fairly conditioned, you can stretch moderately six days a week). Or you could just do 30 or so jelqs before and after your stretching sessions. Try both approaches and see what feels like it gives you the best feeling with the stretches. And don’t forget heat!


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Second Attempt:

Starting [July 19th, 2013]: BPEL: 6.00" MSEG: 4.50" BPFL: 4.00" FG: 4.00"

Goal: BPEL: 7.00" MSEG: 5.5" FL: 4.00"

Would you suggest tunica stretching as well as lig stretching, being that I’m a newbie? I’m trying to do:

A set of 10 down and to the right
A set of 10 down and to the left
A set of 10 straight down
A set of 10 straight out
A set of 10 straight up
A set of 10 V-Stretches

Each stretch I hold for 20-30 seconds. Does this look like a good routine?

There really is no such thing as ‘lig stretching’ or ‘tunica stretching’. When you stretch, the force is going to fall on whatever tissue is preventing elongation. There are plenty of other tissues that are neither tunica or ligament in the penis.

That is why it is important to stretch in all directions; so all the different limiting tissues are targeted. However, straight down and down to the left and right are the best directions to focus the majority of attention, so your routine looks OK. Try all ‘points of the clock’ occasionally too.

Focus also on really relaxing into the stretches. It’s not a matter of time, so much as feeling when you have got the most out of a stretch. Built the force of the stretch slowly and release it slowly. Stretch only as you need to to get the max length; any harder is wasted effort and counter-productive.

I would look into hanging.

Pros: it works

Cons: time consuming

Definitely look into hanging, the captn’s wench is very simple to make. But you should still involve light jelqing to help keep a healthy blood flow.
