I live in a dorm and I have a roommate. Obviously, I am not free to PE whenever I want, and I barely have the room to myself anyway.

I’d have tops 15 minutes in the shower, and maybe about 50 minutes max every morning, M-Th. Friday - Sundays are almost out of the question because he doesn’t have any class so he’d just stay in the dorm.

I’ve actually lost about .5” or more in length from not doing PE for about.6-7 months now and it’s scary! I used to do 5 minute hot wrap, 10 minute stretch, 15 minute wet-jelq, 5 minute wrap, but I can’t do wet-jelq anymore because I A) Don’t have any lube and B) want this to be as clean and mess free as possible.

Basically I’m looking to incorporate PE into my extremely busy schedule. I figure I may be able to compound the 15 minutes showering before he goes to class in the morning (9am, I have class at 10am) for a grand total of about an hour. What do you guys suggest and what should my weekly schedule be like? 2 on, one off, one on, three off? It doesn’t sound good but the max free days I have are four days in a row unless I want a really awkward walk in.

You can rig an ADS device to strap below the knee under a baggy pair of pants. You will want to keep the jelq routine in your schedule but this can be accomplished in 15 minutes once or twice a day for at least 5 days a week. You can get an excellent stretch during lecture hours, just straighten your leg to apply the pressure. It is best to use a bungee chord with good resistance, this way you do not strangle your favorite appendage.

Is wet jelqing optimal compared to dry jelq? I could dry jelq or whatever but I heard it’s not so good

An ADS or similar would be my choice in your situation. I use Monkeybar’s Vac-Extender throughout the day. I got two leg straps, connected them together and wear them around the waist. This gives a more constant stretch than with only a leg strap. Works better for me. In any case, it gets the job done and I don’t have to take too much stress if I miss a workout.
