Need some veteran input and advice
I’m a long time lurker here at Thunders and wouldn’t consider myself a newbie but I’ve only made 10 posts so far so I can’t start a thread in the main members forum yet.
Basically I’ve had some good success from stretching and have made great length gains for the short amount of time that I’ve PE’ed consistently, but my girth gains are basically non-existent.
Now that I have respectable and probably above-average length I would like to go on a more girth focused routine and would like some input/advice. One reason I would like to start on girth even thought I’m not at my length goal is because my girth of 4.31” feels damn small in my hands, and because my girlfriend (who I am completely in love with) knows that I PE and would like me to add girth much more than length.
I just measured today and am currently at 6.25” BPEL x 4.31” EG (mid-shaft). This from a starting size of 5.63” x 4.25”. A solid length gain of 5/8” but only a 1/16” gain in girth. Although I registered in May I only PE’ed for a few weeks then stopped. I started back up in November and have been consistent since then. So after 4 months of consistent PE I have basically no difference in girth but a great gain in length. I know a lot of people on here have started with very little gains then made great progress so I will continue to push on in search for girth.
My first 2 1/2 months of PE I did the newbie routine found here at Thunders. I started with about 6 minutes of light jelqing in the 60-80% erect range. I then moved up to 8 minutes of jelqing, then 10 minutes of jelqing at the end of the 2 1/2 months. After that routine I moved on to inverted V stretches and longer more intense jelquing in hopes of gaining some girth. I have done inverted V stretches for 10-15 minutes 4 to 5 times per week for the past 6 weeks and have done 12-15 minutes of more intense jelqing at erection levels of 70-90%. Length gains have been consistent with both programs but jelqing alone seems to do very little for my girth.
Because of this I wanted to start a thread and get some advice.
I would like to continue with ~15 minutes of inverted V stretches a few times per week and might add in some JAI’s at the end of my length session to give a little more of a boost. What I need some help/advice/encouragement on is what is the next step for girth, considering all I’ve really done is jelqing.
After reading many threads and researching I have seen a lot of people make great gains with Ulis/Horse 440s/Orange bends, etc. But have also seen some people say not to do them and all they got from them was discoloration. I would like to stick with manual exercises for now and leave the pumping/clamping as a last step if possible. One interesting thing that I will try is buying a space heater to keep constant heat on my unit while I do girth exercises. Thanks to spaghettidick for that tip from his workout log.
