When I was jelqing yesterday, all of a sudden I got this pain from the underside of my shaft. I would start out jelqing at the base and as I got to the place where it hurt (it felt like I was going over a lump), a very sharp pain. Its not noticiable. There is a vein where the pain was coming from. I did keep jelqing even through the pain (not the best idea)…I have no idea what happened, did I pop a vein? bruise a vein? bruise something? Id really like to know. Help me out fellas.
Not sure what you did but I would take a break and give it time to heal. If it doesn’t improve in a week or two see a doctor.

I really dont want to take a break…but if thats what I have to do, fine. Im not overworking either, which is weird. It was after an off day and just did about 30 jelqs at 70%, and all of a sudden it appeared. It felt like a lump to begin with, and after jelqing more it got kind of “squishy”. You cant notice it erect or flaccid unless you touch it, and it does hurt a little bit to touch. Im hoping its not a clot..If anyone else has any input id like to hear it.

mgus, I actually did look through alot of those posts. I still cant figure out if thats what it is or not, hopefully its not that serious.
I have no experience of permanent puffiness or thrombosed veins - it just sounded like that at first glance.
You might take a look at “Erosets vein oil”, a mixture of essential oils that penetrate through the skin and help veins etc to open up.
