Okay been doing the newbie routine but I can’t seem to get the stretches down because I get a erection when doing the stretch. Anyone have this problem and know how to fix it? I also stop a lot when jelqing to let the boner go down will stopping a lot hinder gains?

I would masturbate before I stretched.

I have tried doing that but I still slightly get a erection is that normal can you still stretch with a slight erection? Or does it have to be completely soft?

Also a side question does the jelqing and stretching cause the foreskin to stretch too even while using lube or is there anyway to avoid that?

You should stretch completely flaccid. I have the same problem even after almost 3 months of PE, but I deal with it. Routines take longer, but oh well.

Stretching shouldn’t stretch the foreskin if done right. You don’t stretch the skin, you stretch the ligaments and tunica. As for jelqing, I don’t know because I don’t do wet jelqs.

Your dick is learning, give it time.

No, stopping to allow the erection to subside is not going to hinder gains. For that fact, you are already doing what we would tell you to do. Stop let it subside resume, repeat as necessary.

My technique to counter this in the beginning of PE, was to watch something totally unsexual on my computer during stretching, like family guy or some sitcom. If that doesn’t work, try something antisexual like Oprah. (That audience will make your penis turtle)

I saw lather on a whole bunch of Orajel on there and you’ll be good to go :D j/k don’t do that, yea guess you’ll have to just give your body time to adapt. Could try eating some food before stretches as your body will then send blood to your stomach for digestion and maybe.. Just maybe it won’t be as easy to keep/get an erection as before.
