I’ve done a few searches and seen this problem mentioned but not really any solution to it suggested.

Here’s the issue:

I’m uncut and have been stretching (without really considering it) with my foreskin forward, gripping over the top of it. Last night I had a feel and noticed: whilst doing this all the tension is being placed on the skin and the inside is hardly stretched at all. I tried to pull my foreskin back and grip (with talc, a wash cloth etc) then stretch; in the few seconds I managed this I noticed A LOT more tension internally and hardly any on the outside (this has to be good right?) problem is after a few seconds my foreskin slips forward and the exercise is ruined.

Any ideas?

I;m uncut too. Just pull back the foreskin. Then place the ok sigh about 1 cm to 1 inch after the glans, right where the thickness gets little bit less. Then stretch.

I’ve tried and everything just seems to slip forward in the most irritating/painful way possible.

Make you’re grip stronger. In the beginning I had the same problem. Later I found out that I prefer my penis to be a bit more swollen than completely flaccid. I mean the penis is still hanging downwards, but is filled with more blood and a little bit thicker. This will make sure you get a good grip. Also feel the body of your penis. Mine, when skin pulled back, first has a glance, then a thicker part and after 1-1,5 cm get a little bit thinner. This means, in my case, that the perfect grip for stretching is at the spot where the thinner part starts, so I get a good grip because of the resistance f the thicker part. Maybe the vets can advise of explain better, but this is my part in your solution.

For the rest: practice. If you start lifting weights it will take some time to get the right movement, nothing different here.

You may be gripping your penis too hard with the ‘action’ hand. Use some moisterising cream on your shaft and hold the foreshkin with your other hand at the base off your penis. .

You can stretch a little harder when you reach the end of the stroke, just giving a afinal tug.

I`m also uncut and hope to gain length from stretching. Can anybody please explain how the sensation from a good stretch is? That is, how one knows that one is stretching the ligs and not the skin?
