Need some help with stretching routine.
Hi everyone on Thunders,I have been PEing for around 2 months now and have seen some moderate gains when it comes to length. I was 0.2 longer the last time I measured ( within the first month ). I haven’t measured this month,but will on the 23rd and I can feel that I have grown more so I’m looking forward to whacking the tape measure out.
I read up about the LOT theory and established that my LOT is 8.. I was just wondering what manual exercises are best for my LOT?
At the moment I am 1.Warming up for 10mins
2.Stretching for 10mins
3.Jelqing for 10mins
I have been doing this 2days on / 1 day off. Any replies would be much appreciated.
