Need some help sorry
I have been reading some different threads for a few days and trying to learn the methods. I was wondering if some members could help me and explain what measurements should be taken first, so I can stay consistent and what the descriptions mean. Some of the descriptions have confused me lol. I think the newbie plan would be a good start?
The 5min warm
5min stretch
5min jelq?
5min warm
I am looking to gain length and girth. I know it is a long process. I want to find out what measurements to start with and if anyone could tell me what the averages are for each measurement to see where I stand.
