Need some help sorry

I have been reading some different threads for a few days and trying to learn the methods. I was wondering if some members could help me and explain what measurements should be taken first, so I can stay consistent and what the descriptions mean. Some of the descriptions have confused me lol. I think the newbie plan would be a good start?

The 5min warm
5min stretch
5min jelq?
5min warm

I am looking to gain length and girth. I know it is a long process. I want to find out what measurements to start with and if anyone could tell me what the averages are for each measurement to see where I stand.

Ok did the newbie routine today, have a few questions.

Should I be flaccid while warming up and then erect for the stretching, jelging and kegals. Thats what I followed. Also for the kegals, is it just a contraction excercise, kind of confused on it.

THe overall workout was good. I am in really good shape and it felt like I did nothing really, but as I have read threads maybe it eventually catches up to you so I am just going to stick with the reps for about 2-3 weeks and see what I feel like

It doesn’t matter if you’re erect or flaccid for the warm up, but when stretching you want to be completely flaccid. You want to be 50-70% erect for jelqing, depending on your comfort level. Realize when jelqing, the higher your erection level the more you will be working on your girth (Make sure you don’t try to do anything while fully erect. at least not in the beginning, because you will be asking to hurt yourself). By contrast, the lower you erection level the more you will be working on length.

Everything is accumulative, so don’t overdo it. Get use to the exercises before trying any of the more advanced workouts.

Thanks for the help guys.. Can a shower be used as a warm up? When I kegal do I want to be flaccid

Some people say no on the shower for a warm up. Personally, I use a shower as a warm down. Warm up with a rice sock, do my workout, then take a shower, or bath to warm down and relax.

It doesn’t really matter if you’re hard, or soft when you kegel. Kegels are something you can do anywhere. At work, driving to the store or while you’re watching tv. It doesn’t matter because no one knows you are doing them.

2nd day went good. Tomorrow will be an off day. Feeling good

When jelqing, do you go all the way over the head or just to the head? Last two days have went good, no looking for results, has not even been a week yet and I’m not going to measure but it seems like the girth is getting better.

Another question, when stretching do you just grab it by the head in a flaccid state

Grab just behind the head when you stretch, and never go over the glans when jelqing.
