Need some help, newbie routine,el,eg,etc

Okay here I go, I been lurking around this site for a few months trying to gather as much information. A lot of it is overwhelming and tough to digest everything at once. I which I had found this place years ago, being through a lot in the last few years. Very self-conscious about the penis size. So I just decided to go with the newbie routine. And that’s were I started running into a few problems.

I’m very overweight 5’11 310 pounds and have a pretty big fat pad. And my penis measurements are pretty small. Length BP is 4.5 and girth is 4”.

First off I can’t seem to get a half decent erection. I want to blame in on being over weight over the last few year and a half I really let myself go. I guess I’m gonna have to hit the gym for a few months.

At 4.5 EL, a fat pad, plus a below average erection doing Jelqs is a bit hard. So my first question is can I do the jelq motion with only one had? Can I keep an OK grip on the base of my penis and use the other hand to do the jelquin.

2nd question Should I get a pump to help me with the erection? I can get some blood into my penis, I can get a downward weak erection can perform some jelqs but not like the ones show in the video examples on this site.

I started the newbie routine a few days ago, but ran into the problems. Will try to resume in the next few days if I can get some sort of info to clear up my mind. I’m even thinking about getting penile surgery done, however I want to try 1 or 2 years of jelqs,stretches, etc before I go to that extreme.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think losing the weight will be of great help, not just for PE but for overall health. Only gym won’t do the trick, you’ll have to change your eating habits.

As for jelqing, have you tried the C-grip?

I think you should try and lose some weight. It will be good if you can do some cardio along with lifting weights.
Try and do some light cardio (walking/jog) about 30 minutes, first thing in the morning before eating anything.

As for your PE, if you stay dedicated and consistent with your routine, results will come and you will not need surgery.
Jelqing with one hand and the other hand clamping at the base is more intense than normal jelq. I recommend you stick to the normal way of jelqing since you just started.
For your erection add Kegel exercise to your routine and hopefully will help you get harder erection.

C-grip?? Have been reading different threads for the last few days for hours haven’t come around C-grip reference. What is it?

Thanks, I definitely need to hit the gym losing a good 40-50 pounds. About the jelquin like I said I can’t get a good grip on my penis, doing the two handed. I watched the jelquin/squeeze/dry jelquin videos try to duplicate the procedures w/ the two hands but can’t get a firm grip. So much fat pad and not enough penis.

But the last few hours I been looking around and reading YGuy progress Report thread really got my in high hopes. He had similar stats to me, -1" in girth and went a long way in 2-3 years of PE..

Is there anything else you can tell me about the c-grip, how much pressure, in the how-to video c-grip is only used for dry jelq can they also be done for wet jelq, etc.

The jelq should not be performed at full erection anyways, 50 to 80 percent I say but around 60 you will be good. Hit that newb routine bro and you will be set up with some newbie gains, then after a few months when you feel you are ready, hit up some real advanced stuff, but ONLY when you feel you are good to go. Good luck bro.

And remember, the warm up is key.

Just be sure not to do them erect. As for pressure, listen to your body. :) Whatever hurts is not good. You’ll get a hang of it, don’t worry. Be sure to watch for PIs.

Hitting the gym will help out a lot. I’m sure your health is what is causing low EQ. My EQ was good, but after I started the newbie routine, it got even better. :)

Is using a cock-ring while doing jelqs a bad idea? I’m thinking so but need some input. I start jelquing but I easily lose the erection. AND NO I’m not 100% erect, it more like 50-60% and I lose it quickly.

If you can’t get a good enough grip when jelqing it makes sense to just switch to dry jelqs, do the newbie routine for maybe >3 months and substitute all wet jelqs out for dry jelqs until you lose some weight and get some length. What you definitely NEED to do is lose weight, as much as you can. Cut out all junk food as of right now and get a daily exercise routine going along with your PE. Give it a year and you’ll be much happier.

I used to be the opposite of you I was very skinny at 5’10 120 lbs and my erections were not the greatest because of my eating habits. Now that I started a healthy diet and weighing 165 lbs muscle I now get rock hard erections easily. Also I was wondering if you could answer these questions for me JBucs09.

Do you smoke?

Do you drink excessive amounts of alcohol?

Do you have lots of stress?

If you answer yes to any of these will affect your erection levels.

Don’t smoke or drink.but yes I’m often under a lot of stress.

I can’t get a good enough grip doing to handed(one on base of penis, other doing the jelqing then switching hands) but I can do a one handed jelq, having problem getting a half decent erection and when I do I can’t hold the erection once I start jelqing:(
