Need some help, newbie routine,el,eg,etc
Okay here I go, I been lurking around this site for a few months trying to gather as much information. A lot of it is overwhelming and tough to digest everything at once. I which I had found this place years ago, being through a lot in the last few years. Very self-conscious about the penis size. So I just decided to go with the newbie routine. And that’s were I started running into a few problems.
I’m very overweight 5’11 310 pounds and have a pretty big fat pad. And my penis measurements are pretty small. Length BP is 4.5 and girth is 4”.
First off I can’t seem to get a half decent erection. I want to blame in on being over weight over the last few year and a half I really let myself go. I guess I’m gonna have to hit the gym for a few months.
At 4.5 EL, a fat pad, plus a below average erection doing Jelqs is a bit hard. So my first question is can I do the jelq motion with only one had? Can I keep an OK grip on the base of my penis and use the other hand to do the jelquin.
2nd question Should I get a pump to help me with the erection? I can get some blood into my penis, I can get a downward weak erection can perform some jelqs but not like the ones show in the video examples on this site.
I started the newbie routine a few days ago, but ran into the problems. Will try to resume in the next few days if I can get some sort of info to clear up my mind. I’m even thinking about getting penile surgery done, however I want to try 1 or 2 years of jelqs,stretches, etc before I go to that extreme.
Any help would be appreciated.
