Need some advice
Despite that I’m new to this forum, I actually slightly got into PE about 2 years ago. Long time ago, But I stuck with it for only about 6 months. After about a week of Newbie routine I’m startin to feel like I COULD do more, but I’m not sure if it’s healthy? I might have possibly strengthen my penis back up, am I ready for Advance techniques? And if so which ones are recomended; do not have access to pumps and clamps to help.
