Need some advice

I recently got back into PE after trying to do the Matters of Size DVD, but wasn’t consistent enough so I didn’t not find any gains. I’m starting a new year and I want to get back into it to get my girth up and see if there’s any way to increase my testes and load size permanently. Thanks for any help.

What kind of PE exercises do you like the best? What is your history of doing PE? Our standard place to start is here.

I like jelqing and I tried clamping to increase my glans size, but don’t know if it made a difference. I recently bought the private gym kegel system. I know there are free articles on it, but I could never get it right and if I follow the DVD it makes it a lot easier for me.

Don’t spend any more money on gadgets. You don’t need them to make your dick grow.

Hey I recently picked up a bathmate hydromax xtreme7. I also wanted to invest in a Jelqing tool and maybe electric penis pump.

What’s the best or most widely used Jelqing tool? (I would use my hands, but I have trouble keeping constant pressure sometimes and I want something that’s consistent and reliable).

Is the electric pump unnecessary? (Would be used after the bath mate to help add more time with blood in the tissue)

Is there a good bath mate and Jelqing routine for beginner’s you can recommend?

There is a jelqing tool made from a jar canning tool (to lift hot jars out of boiling water) and some foam. I didn’t find it particularly useful in the past. There might be auto jelqers on the market, but I haven’t seen one.

Electric pumps are really convenient, you can modify some aquarium air pumps to vacuum air with a screw driver. You’ll want to verify the vacuum pressure it creates before using it. In my experience it’s been in a range between 7 inHg and 3 inHg. You will need to use precaution to avoid getting water into an electric or handheld pump if you choose to do water pumping.

Yeah I looked around here and found the Jelqgym. Com tool and wanted to go with that instead. As far as air pump, I don’t trust myself to diy anything for this scenario. Haha. I think I’ll find a reliable one somewhere and go with that. Thank you for the tips though.

Completing My Tools

I recently splurged on the cylinder from ladpist and got a brake bleeder from harbor freight since somebody said it was the exact same thing and I’d be saving a bit of cash. My only question is, do I need a special connector to plug into the top of the cylinder or does one of the connectors in the pack work?

The bleeder pump package is sold for bleeding car brakes, not for pumping cocks. So you need to buy connectors compatible with penis vacuum cylinders.

Creating My Newbie Routine

I’ve finally gotten all my stuff in, picked up the Power Jelq Gym and a Lapdist pump kit. I’m also on the PrivateGym kegel system. I started off slow tonight using a heating pad for 5 mins and then jelqing 120 times and pumping for 4 mins. I wanted to do the 2 on/1 off schedule as laid out. Is the stretching necessary and is there a structure for how I should do this? (Like with regular working out, working from biggest muscle or most important to the smaller stuff)
