Well first tell us your routine and how long you have been doing it. It may be too soon before you to move on to more advance things without injury. Yes I know at times the basic routine gets mundane but look at it this way. A person who is just getting into working out can’t attempt 350lbs on bench. You have to work your way up to it. Both scenarios will result in injury.

Sup @shdybrady, I don’t have a routine, sounds stupid but I’m been doing PE on and off because I got a girlfriend but I jelked and pumpes for the most like 20-30 minutes jelqing and about 20 minutes pumping almost everyday depends.

But for now, newbie routine for you. You need a little bit for conditioning.
