Ok I understand.. I been kinda timid to up my intensity last time I went a little to far about 6 months ago and had a minor injury idk what but it was a painful one.
How many stretches should I put into my routine? This is my reformed PE workout.
Warm up 10 min rice sock
2 1 min stretches in each direction
A & V stretch 1 min
BTC stretch 10 mins
Rice sock 5 mins
20 jelq warm up
3 1 min hand clamps ( I can’t seem to find any cable clamps I went to walmart and ace hardware nothing!)
20 jelqs in between
Warm down
BTC stretch 10 mins
Is this got the intensity to spark growth??
Ill probly do 2 days on 1 off 2 days on weekends off the added volume seems to help my lil buddy..

He is looking for new stretches and he had a theory to expose the internal parts of the Penis while extending the outer portion to extend the outer penis permenantly.. If you don’t understand read the blog.. I didnt read all of it so idk if he is just trying to sell something but the idea is actually kinda perplexing.
