Hello guys I been away and not posting for awhile but I have been doing PE off and on but more on than off for awhile around 7 months I do believe but I’m having a little hard time gaining length I started at 7in bpel and now I’m still at 7 bpel maybe 7 1/4.

Is this a normal amount of time to gain so little or do I need to change up my routine?? I follow newbie stretches and warm up and I do around 50 - 100 jelqs total inbetween 3 sets of 1 min clamps. Can anyone help to shock my member into growing length wise?

Girth isnt a big issue to me.. I don’t have an official measurement but I’m pretty sure it’s 5 1/2 mseg and base is around 5 3/4 so girth isnt the issue for me I want some length about an inch bone pressed to be happy with it.

Change the way you stretch. My tips:

Don’t skip warming up.
Introduce advanced stretches.
Don’t overdo it at first, go gradually.
Jelq at a lower erection and make sure it’s a long, 3 to 4 seconds, move of your hand.

No I have not.. I’m trying to keep from spending money lol I’m 18 and a soon to be freshman in college and it’s gonna be kinda tight monetarily speaking lol.. I was thinking about hanging?? Could this be what kick starts my length gains?

What would a good ads cost? Where would I be able to purchase one? How much would a good one cost.

Thank you for the tips.. I do warm up 10min rice sock.. I don’t really warm down like I should and I don’t remember to kegal as much as I should aswell.. I have a hard time controlling my erection level during stretches does that affect my gains?

You should increase the intensity of your routine, every month in my opinion but most say every 3 months if your gains are little to none. I just think more intensity every month allows your penis unable to adapt so you’re basically guaranteed gains. When I say intensity I don’t just mean increase the force, but also time!

If you really want to gain double your current routine for a month and see what you get. It’s possible to get 1/4 an inch in a month. If you get a gain like that, don’t worry about exhausting your gains. Double it again next month, if you gain then it’s great! Obviously by then you’re going to be spending to much time on PE. So either change approach or take a break from PE and repeat the process.

I recently got a silicone cup and leg strap ADS off eBay from that esl40 guy for about 20 bucks.

In all seriousness, it is the best investment I have ever made. I highly recommend one.

Ok I understand.. I been kinda timid to up my intensity last time I went a little to far about 6 months ago and had a minor injury idk what but it was a painful one.

How many stretches should I put into my routine? This is my reformed PE workout.

Warm up 10 min rice sock

2 1 min stretches in each direction

A & V stretch 1 min

BTC stretch 10 mins

Rice sock 5 mins

20 jelq warm up

3 1 min hand clamps ( I can’t seem to find any cable clamps I went to walmart and ace hardware nothing!)

20 jelqs in between

Warm down

BTC stretch 10 mins

Is this got the intensity to spark growth??

Ill probly do 2 days on 1 off 2 days on weekends off the added volume seems to help my lil buddy..

If you don’t understand read the blog.. I didnt read all of it so idk if he is just trying to sell something but the idea is actually kinda perplexing.

Ok thank you for the info ill look into a ADS soon.. What do you guys think about adding hanging into a routine?? Should I just go with the added intensity first then try hanging?

I think you definitely need to be doing more. It looks like you’re spending a good amount of time stretching and warming up but nothing with actual jelqing. Back when I jelqed I did 20 solid minutes of jelqing, which came out to be about 3000 jelqs per session. I don’t know if that’s too much but that gave me some gains.
In the past few months I’ve given up jelqing altogether as it takes a ridiculous amount of time and, more importantly, focus. You can’t do anything else while you jelq. Look up the capn’s wench. You can get enough supplies to build about 10 of those for about US$30 at a home improvement superstore and they’ll last you a while. Either hang or, do as I do, and make your strap just long enough to get to your foot and back and pull until you get a nice fatigue feeling. I guess most people here consider that hanging so you should definitely read up as much as you can on hanging before you do it. If you’ve been going for 7 months you should be conditioned enough for hanging by now, though, and it is more efficient for length gains. It won’t do anything for your girth.

i have been through the jelq stage and it does give you good gains but is rather tiring in the forearms to keep ,what you said, focused on the movement and clamping with a subtle bit of jelqing keeps me nice and engorged to keep what girth i have in top shape.. till i find a clamp that is haha.

Ok thanks for the advise on the hanging i will go look on the forums and get as much info as i can before i start adding weight to my lil member.

Does anyone have anything to say about the link a few posts above?? if its a tired topic i apologize i was just wondering the validity of his theory.
